Secretary to Director
  • Responsibilities:
    • Maintain agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
    • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
    • Make travel arrangements for Directors/Managers.
    • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years experiences with proven experience as secretary or similar administrative role.
    • Diploma/Degree in PSC or business administration.
    • Proficient in MS Office & knowledge of office management.
    • Excellent organizational, time-management skills & reporting techniques.
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Integrity and confidentiality.

  • Responsibilities:
    • To maintain, install and trouble-shoot of electrical systems, air-condition system, fire system, building, plant , machinery and equipment.
    • Supervise vendor and contractors.
    • Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, PBA and government regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.
    • Ensure new installations and maintenance is safe, correct and legal.
    • Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption of the Company, as well as, initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure.
    • Schedule and timely execution of all maintenance works for the electrical equipment and system.
    • Maintain proper documentation of electrical maintenance and other related records.
    • Assist the management in energy savings through equipment operation.
    • Adheres to ISO standards and practices good housekeeping at all times.
    • Undertakes any additional ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors as and when required.

  • Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess Chargeman Certificate AO issued by Suruhanjaya Tenanga.
    • Willing to work outside of office hour in case of emergency breakdown.
    • Ability to take ownership of tasks with minimum supervision.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Proactively develop and implement measures to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Responsible for quality assurance processes including, but not limited to, First Article Inspection.
    • Product audits, as well as coordination of Quality System compliance audits.
    • Prepare and present metrics associated with quality trends and related improvements.
    • Review, approve or develop corrective actions to ensure robust Root Cause and Corrective Action is taken for product audit/inspection deficiencies.
    • Participate in product quality planning and control process based on customer’s specifications and requirements.
    • Deal with internal customers and external suppliers.
    • Active participation during external ISO audits and coordinate internal ISO audits.

  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical).
    • Minimum 5 years experiences in the similar capacity in the manufacturing sector.
    • Qualified Internal Quality Auditor.
    • Reliable, mature, team player with good interacting skills and strong characters.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and able to work in a challenging environment.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Assist to design, develop, test and implement applications as per business requirement.
    • Provide maintenance support by investigating and rectifying reported shortcoming.
    • Maintain computer systems and programming guidelines according to policies and procedures.

  • Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent (major in database administration or programming).
    • At least 2 years working experience in the related field.
    • Requires skill(s) : Programming (Design, Develop, Test, Debug, Implementation), VB net (framework 4.5), HTML/CSS , Familiar with Excel (fix formulas and auto-reports) and SQL server 2008 (data analysis)
    • Ability to take ownership of tasks with minimum supervision.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Load and unload inventory from delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areas. Ensure all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.
    • Store cargo in assigned locations.
    • Manage inventory by identifying, and recording the location of inventory.
    • Record the number of units handled and moved everyday according to the company procedure.
    • Operate forklifts to handle materials and inventory.
    • Comply with all safety and health regulations.

  • Requirements:
    • SPM or equivalent.
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
    • Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) forklift certification is an advantage.
    • Excellent physical fitness.
    • Availability to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings if required.

  • Responsibilities:
    • To drive and improve production cycle time.
    • Shipment preparation, maintaining product inventory.
    • Well-versed in material planning, forecast & plan schedule for production run, production reporting and etc.
    • Preparation of daily production control and monthly reports.
    • Deal with internal customers and external suppliers.

  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the similar capacity in the manufacturing sector.
    • Reliable, mature, team player with good interacting skills and strong characters.
    • Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel and able to work in a challenging environment.
